We understand that relationships and families often come with challenges and complexities at times of change and transition.
Our Relationship and Family Counselling service offers individual, couples, group and family counselling. Delivered by qualified and experienced professionals, we aim to strengthen relationships, support families, and improve mental wellbeing.
There is currently no wait list, helping you and your family to move forward more quickly in 2025.
Couples Counselling involves the exploration of any conflicts between the partners and looking to improve their communication and interactions and strengthen their relationship. Couples Counselling offers a comprehensive approach to addressing various issues within intimate partnerships. Whether it’s navigating specific challenges or coping with individual problems that have a broader impact on the relationship, our counselling services are tailored to provide support.
Family Counselling is a supportive process that brings families together to navigate challenges, build understanding, and strengthen connections. Our experienced counsellors provide a safe and confidential space for families to explore and address issues such as communication breakdowns, conflicts, and transitions.
Individual counselling provides an opportunity for one-on-one sessions focusing on specific areas that are unique to the individual.

Whilst CatholicCare’s Relationships and Family services are funded by the Australian Government, we are required to charge fees based on income to enable affordable access for everyone.
