Crisis Care For Young People

We’re there for you in times of family crisis - call us between 8am to 6pm weekdays on 13 18 19 or contact us online.

For families experiencing a crisis outside business hours:

• our experienced parenting counsellors are available through Parent Line NSW on 1300 1300 52  (9am to 9pm weekdays and 4pm to 9pm weekends).
• Lifeline - 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services on 13 11 14 or use online chat every night from 7pm.
• For concerns about the wellbeing of a child, please call Family and Community Services Helpline 24/7 on 132 111.
