Helping you participate in community life and stay connected with friends, medical appointments and social events. This can include accompanied visits, outings or company at home whilst your carer or partner is running errands.

Our Home Care Specialists are experts at helping you navigate the My Aged Care system. It doesn't matter where you are in the process, CatholicCare is here to assist you every step of the way.
