• Call our experienced parenting counsellors are available through Parent Line NSW on 1300 1300 52  9am to 9pm weekdays and 4pm to 9pm weekends.
• Lifeline - 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services on 13 11 14 or use online chat every night from 7pm.
• For concerns about the wellbeing of a child, please call Family and Community Services Helpline 24/7 on 132 111. 
• If a child is in immediate danger, please call 000.
